| Biography |
I was born in the Midwest and there I first fell in love with quilts made by my great-grandmother in the 19th century. For many years I lived in Nashville, Cheyenne, and Phoenix and was involved in the music business, real estate sales, restaurant management, and had a private practice in psychotherapy for 15 years. I finally returned to my love of quilts and began to create my own in 2001, when I moved to an adobe house I built with my husband in northern New Mexico. Santa Fe provides a creative and supportive environment for artists as well as being a wonderful place to visit throughout the year. Please come visit New Mexico and contact me to arrange a studio tour where you can experience the colors, intricate fabric, and craftsmanship of my Santa Fe Art Quilts for yourself.
